Bespoke Wedding Car Hire - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking with Bespoke Wedding Car Hire.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy, as published on our website.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal details will remain private and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Agreement to Terms

  • By inquiring, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here, including our cancellation policy.

Child Safety

  • For bookings involving children under the age of 7, the client must provide an appropriate child restraint. Please inform us if this applies to your booking.

Conditions of Hire

  • Vehicle Use: Vehicles are provided for the specific transfer or event booked.
  • Booking Specifics: Vehicles can be tailored to your requirements; please contact us for more details.
  • Wedding Bookings: Vehicles are typically supplied for a minimum of 1-2 hours. Wedding transfers can be arranged—call for further details.
  • Overtime/Waiting Time: Overtime or waiting time is charged at the rate applicable to the vehicle ordered. This is calculated per quarter-hour and must be paid upon arrival at the final destination.
  • Finalising Bookings:
    • Wedding bookings must be finalised one month before the wedding day.
  • Payments:
    • Personal cheque payments must be finalized at least 14 days before the booking date.
  • Vehicle Substitution: Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered. However, in the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident, a similar vehicle will be provided.
  • Access to Locations: All bookings are subject to the vehicle being able to access the locations in the provided itinerary. If a vehicle cannot access a road or location, the driver will stop as close as possible, considering the safety of the clients and the vehicle.
  • Non-Smoking Policy: All vehicles are non-smoking.
  • Intoxicated Passengers: Passengers who are intoxicated will not be allowed to enter the vehicles.
  • Liability for Damages: Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicles. Repairs will be quoted by a qualified repairer.
  • Cleaning Fees: If the vehicle is left excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the hirer is responsible for the full cost of cleaning or repairs. A flat rate of $500.00 will be charged.

Reschedule Policy

  • As of 1st July 2020, a 15% administration fee will be added to all bookings that are transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Weddings:
    • A 30% non-refundable deposit per car is required at the time of booking.
    • Cancellations made within 4 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full booking amount automatically on the card supplied.
